Hello,

I`m currently working on the annotation of a (small) genome.

This genome is very simular to that of an already annotated organism in the NCBI database, which implicates that a combination of ORF FINDER [1] and Blastx [2] is suitable. I also tried GeneMark [3], but wasn`t satisfied of the result.

What is (are) the best program(s) to work with if your genome is not simular to another organism of the database?
