I am trying to use fluorescence polarization to measure the size of complexes in serum and/or plasma. Does anyone know of a good fluor to use that will get around the problem of serum autofluorescence?

First, can you measure the excitation and emission spectra for the serum you are interested in?

Second, I assume you want to compare the serum spectra to the spectra of known probes, which can be found here:
