Low protein-antibody binding Reduce the number of washes to minimum. Reduce NaCl concentration in Blotting Buffer used for wash steps (recommended range 0.15M - 0.5M). Reduce NaCl concentration in Antibody Solution (recommended range 0.15M - 0.5M). |
